Shipping Policy
At Curio Wonder, we pack every order with care so your kit arrives ready to build. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. It applies to orders placed on shopcuriowonder.com.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship to addresses within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes outside the continental U.S., or international destinations.
We are actively exploring international and transcontinental shipping, and we hope to expand our delivery area soon. If you are outside our current service area and would like to be notified when we ship to you, join our email list or reach out directly.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more, shipped anywhere within the continental United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart subtotal reaches the threshold.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $9 USD applies, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on a holiday begin processing the next business day. During new product launches, promotions, and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and we select the carrier that offers the best combination of speed, reliability, and value for your order and destination.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping within the continental U.S. are typically 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and actual transit time depends on the carrier, your location, and conditions outside our control such as weather and carrier delays.
Your total time to receive an order is processing time plus transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after ordering, contact us and we will look into it.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one package, and occasionally from more than one location. If your order contains items stocked in different warehouses, they may arrive separately and on different days. You will not be charged extra for a split shipment, and each package will have its own tracking. If part of your order has not arrived within a few days of the rest, reach out and we will help track it down.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and building management
- Look around porches, mailboxes, and other common delivery spots
- Allow 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark a package delivered slightly early
If it still does not turn up, contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier's hands, but we will always advocate on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will make it right with a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before an order ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard Return Policy.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax requirements.
